What the session covers.
Any PC problem at all, from the BIOS to Windows to a game that will not open. Hop on a 1 on 1 call or chat with us and we fix it live, right there while you watch. A game like Fortnite that will not launch or crashes on startup, software that will not install or open, a PC you cannot get into the BIOS on, Windows acting up, Wi-Fi dropping, packet loss in game, or just a general PC question you want sorted. Whatever it is, big or small, you can bring it. We agree a price up front based on how big the problem is, somewhere between 5 and 100 dollars, and if we cannot fix it you get your money back.
